Each company we represent has a different style when handling a claim. Once the claim is filed, you should be contacted by your Claims Adjuster within 24 hours. The Adjuster will review the damage, and the policy coverages, to arrive at a settlement. The person with the most up-to-date information regarding your claim is the Adjuster.
