I help my clients file their claims and follow through to make sure they are handled properly.
As an agent, I know my claim representatives personally and they have been with the company as long, or longer, than I have. The previous Claim Manager is now my District Manager and I have a personal as well as a working relationship with him; he knows all of the Claim people and coverage forms.
