What a lot of people forget when looking for insurance is that if you have a claim, the way it is handled is very important. Will you speak to someone from another country that only knows what their computer screen tells them, and you have to be put on hold as soon as their answers run out? At Solheim Agency we not only log in the claim, we take responsibility to treat every claim as our own and follow it through to the end. We get comments all of the time thanking us for how a claim was handled and how satisfactory the result was.

Some companies don’t find it in their best interest to go after the “other" party in the event of an accident. But the fact is there is usually a deductible involved which you have to pay and then you may also have a “at fault accident” on your record.
