How do I help policy holders when they have a claim?
I assist them in any way I can. Calling adjusters for clients and trying to be as comforting as possible in the time of a loss, is standard at our agency. We will answer all of your questions and follow up with claims adjusters to make sure your claim is handled in a timely and fair manner.
The time of a claim is when working with a local agent really makes a difference.
