The Zunich Agency maintains normal business hours Monday through Friday. However, we also realize that this does not always fit every person’s schedule. We are available after hours by appointment. We will also correspond via email, if that works best for them.

What do we do if you have a claim? Our first priority is to gather the necessary information from the parties involved. Once this is done we forward that information on to the appropriate company’s claims department. We are always available during normal business hours; however, we can also be reached at home in the evening or on our cell phones. We have also been known to lend a hand however we can. That might be helping an insured move boxes from a lower level to minimize loss or assist with a wet/dry vac prior to the arrival of professional help.
