Claims

The Zunich Agency’s motto as it relates to claims is simple. “We will get involved only if the customer wants us to get involved”. It is the job of the agent to adequately explain policy and coverage to the insured prior to the loss. It must be understood that insurance does not pay for any and all things; however, with an open dialogue between agent and insured, precautions can be taken for those uncovered risks.

Jerry and Sjon are accessible at home in the evenings, on weekends, and of course during normal business hours.   We never expect an apology for a call late at night. We understand that insurance is necessary to protect those things which are most important and valuable to you and your family and when the worst happens; and this isn’t always during normal business hours.
 

We have very good working relationships with numerous body shops, disaster restoration, and those involved in getting the insured back to where they were prior to loss. These relationships make a difference when time is if of the essence.
