  There are no stupid questions!  We always encourage our clients to call us with any questions, and for regular reviews. The office of Arthur Alcala certainly does not want to be known as 'uppity,'  or as an office that does not care if our clients understand their coverages. Contrarily, we try to make our customers feel welcome to stop in, or call with anything on their policy that they may question.

  Continuing Education- To become an Insurace Agent, a person must pass a very difficult exam for which quite a bit of studying is necessary, and many potential agents, and staff members attend a short school to prepare for this. (Due to the mandatory difficulty of this test, many do not pass the first time). Any staff member of an insurance office that quotes, and discusses coverages with clients, has passed the exam, and obtained a Property and Casualty license for their state. In addition, agents and their assistants are required to fulfill continuing education requirements to renew their license every two years. Thankfully, the Insurance Commissioner strictly enforces these rules. At the QBE Farmers Union office of Arthur Alcala, we are happy to comply.
