Claims do happen sometimes. If one of our clients has a claim, they can reach us anytime of day or night to discuss the situation. When we become aware of a claim (like a car accident or fire at the home) we contact the claims department and let them know right away. The claims department will contact the client within 24 hours. We will be there for our clients every step of the way. We pride ourselves on providing fast service and personal service.
