When the misfortune of a loss occurs, it's comforting to know that your claim will be handled promptly and fairly, and that you are kept “in the loop.”

Auto claims: In most areas, chip repairs and glass replacement can be completed by a mobile service at your home or workplace.

If your windshield is repaired, we will waive your deductible and the repair is free.

QBE Farmers Union Insurance offers several levels of service to rent a replacement vehicle while yours is out of service because of a covered loss.

Repairing the damage: Whether its your home, farm, business property or auto that is damaged, you choose who does the repairs.

Our claims and/or auto damage representatives inspect your damaged property, determined the amount of damage and provide you with a repair estimate. The estimate can then be given to your chosen contractor or repair facility.

Prompt Payments: We recognize the importance of paying covered losses quickly. That is why we have developed internal standards which far exceed those imposed by state legislatures and insurance departments. It is our goal to promptly pay all claims after agreeing on the covered loss amount and receiving the necessary documentation.
