Community Activities

Chris is deeply entrenched in organizations that directly benefit the lives of people in our community.

He currently serves as a board member of our RNeighbors, which is a community enrichment program that will implement and develop neighborhood communities. RNeighbors serves as a platform for individual neighborhood associations, the neighborhood watch program, national night out, RNeighbor Woods (boulevard and park tree plantings), intersection mural paintings, the RLuau fund raising event, serving beer for the annual Rochesterfest Street Party, and much, much, more. Chris is also an active supporter of the Rochester Chamber of Commerce. You'll find him frequenting most networking events, from the Business After Hours, AM Espresso, Power Network Luncheons, to the Rochester on Tour at the State Capitol event and the Annual Golf outing.

In the past, Chris has been an active member of the Greater Rochester Rotary Club, where he was involved in community service projects such as:

• Cleaning up White Oaks Park
• Bell Ringing for the Salvation Army's Christmas Red Kettle Drive
• Annual Rotary Invitational Basketball Tournament

Chris is an active participant in the Rochester Business Club, and was the founder and President of the "Med-City" Grapevine Business Networking Chapter

He's an avid outdoors man, who enjoys camping, bow hunting and fishing. In his spare time, you can often catch him walking the local trail system with his bulldog Sammy at his side, traversing the bountiful beauty of the Midwest, perched atop a Honda motorcycle, or exploring natures secrets along our 600+ miles of trout streams within the bluff country of south east Minnesota.
