Community Activities

I moved to the San Luis Valley when I bought land there. It is a wonderful place to live.

I also volunteer with Rocky Mountain QBE Farmers Union assisting for their sponsorship of high school events, such as the speech contest.

I am also an Equestrian and participate in the Ski Hi Stampede Parade most every year in Monte Vista Colorado.

I also schedules safe driving seminars at the various high schools in the San Luis Valley which includes display of the crash car sponsored by QBE Farmers Union Insurance.   We team with the Alive at 25 and the Colorado State Patrol (who has a crash car simulator) for a unique presentation on safe driving for the teens.

I have volunteered for the Muscular Dystrophy Association to raise money for Jerry's kids in helping find a cure for this devastating disease.

I have a wonderful husband named Rodney. We have two wonderful boys whose names are Joey and Troy and two awesome grand babies named Marcus and Landon.
