About Us
Our History
I grew up on a farm near Stirum, ND. In 1961, my dad began to sell insurance for QBE Farmers Union. I joined him in his agency in March of 1987.
Our main office has always been located in Forman, ND, a town of about 600 residents. My dad retired in 2001, having been in the insurance business for 40 years. I continued in the same location because of its convenience to my home.
I also have an office in Oakes, ND, located at 517 Main Avenue, in the same building as Joe's Barber Shop. I am at this location on Monday and Thursday afternoons.
Why we are different from other agencies
Our agency is different than the others in town because I feel we provide excellent customer service. We are available to our customers 24/7, and we offer extensive product knowledge on all of the product lines offered.
We really take the time to learn about the needs of each one of our clients. We help them decide which coverages are best for them and recommend any coverages that are needed, and aren’t currently part of their policy.
Superior Customer Service
Marsha Murphy is our resident Customer Service Representative. She works directly with the clients and provides superior customer service with every client interaction. She is very friendly and all of our clients really appreciate the work she does for them. We have worked together for over 3 years. She is a great asset to our agency!
