Claims
I’m available to my clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They have access to my office, cell and home phone numbers, and also my email address. 99% of them call our office and speak with Marsha or myself.
Claims Process
When we're dealing with an insured's claim, I will either go out and visit them at their location or they can come to our office. I walk them through the entire claims process. I explain how the process works, what their deductibles are, what they can expect in regard to hearing from an adjustor and whether to get an estimate or an appointment for repair.

Auto claims:
