About Us

I was born in Valley City North Dakota on December 27,1955. I was born and raised on a farm near Dazey, North Dakota and graduated from High School at Wimbledon, North Dakota in 1974. I graduated from Valley City State University in 1979 with a double major in business administration and business education. I began working for QBE Farmers Union Insurance on January 1, 1980 in Mott, North Dakota. I was transferred to New Rockford on June 1,1982 and have been an agent here ever since. I have recently celebrated 25 years as an agent in New Rockford.

I married Kristi Froeber on October 6, 1979. Kristi is also a graduate of Valley City State University and is presently an English teacher in the New Rockford-Sheyenne School system. We have two children. Whitney is a graduate of Concordia College and is now in the Masters program at NDSU. Kendall is an eighth grader at New Rockford-Sheyenne School.

I enjoy spending my personal time with family and friends, golfing, reading, and traveling.

I have been involved in many community organizations. My spare time is now spent serving as President on the New Rockford-Sheyenne School Board.

Our agency is made up of myself and Patty Dennis. Patty has worked for me for 5 years and is married to Jim Dennis. Patty's leisure time is spent with her one son and 8 step children. She enjoys scuba diving and working outdoors in the summer.

Our agency is different than my competition because of our emphasis on service.

Our office motto is: "Service is our #1 priority". We take pride in putting people first and providing the best possible service in all situations.

Our office is located one block east of the New Rockford Eagles Club.
