Community Activities
Dennis helped develop an accelerating training program at the hospital in Marshall, Minnesota. The program was designed for young athletes to help them improve their skills in speed and strength. He also served as volunteer firemen on the Cottonwood Fire Department for 6 years.

QBE Farmers Union Insurance Race Night - Fundraising for Breast Cancer and Minnesota Angels
QBE Farmers Union Insurance race night was on August 27 at the Murray County Speedway in Slayton, MN. This year I decided to do something different than other years. I did a fundraiser for breast cancer awareness. I paired up with the Minnesota Angels. They are a group associated with the SUSAN G. KOMEN RACE FOR THE CURE. My plan was to sell can cozies and have FUI match my funds. The goal was to sell $1,000 dollars of can cozies and FUI will match it, which they did. I was proud to give a check to the Minnesota Angels for $2,000.
I had 75 customers show up for QBE Farmers Union INSURANCE RACE NIGHT. The car that I sponsor was also decked out in pink and also won the feature stock car race. Here are some pictures of FUI Race Night.
