Community Activities

At QBE Farmers Union Insurance beyond maintaining strong relationships with our customers, we're continually working to reinforce the strength, health and safety of the communities in which we work and live. Whether we're distributing back-to-school supplies or holiday toys to underprivileged children, helping families in need build new homes, or funding shelters for victims of abuse, QBE Farmers Union commitment to community is an integral part of the way we do business.

Don has been living in the Wahpeton community since 1998 and belongs to the local Eagles Club. Also every year we put on a Defensive Driving School for our insureds. Don donates to many organizations in the surrounding area.

Kyle grew up in Wahpeton and belongs to Optimist Club, Men's Local Golf League, Knight's of Columbus Club, American Legion Baseball Volunteer, St John's School Teacher Aide, Wahpeton Chamber of Commerce, and the Wahpeton Business Expo (see photo below) every spring and fall.

In 2009 we held a QBE Farmers Union picnic to welcome Kyle to our office on the north side of our building and grilled brats, hotdogs, chips, and beverage. We hope to make this get together an annual event. A good time was had by all.
