Claims
Nobody wants to have a claim, but what do you do when one occurs?
We have a few options for you. You can always call our office and report it to us, or you can call one of our 24 hour claims numbers to report your claim. We will get the claim started as fast as we can an adjuster will usually contact you with 24 hours of receiving the loss notice. We pride ourselves in our service after the sale and that includes helping you through the claims process.
Insurance Claims in Montana
One night I received a call around 5pm that one of my client's homes was on fire. After the call I immediately filed a claim with the company and then I went to their location, about 20 miles out of town. The fire department was there cleaning up. My client and I began working on the claims process right away.
