Community Activities
Why do I make Gillette my home? Gillette is an exciting growing community with many job and economic opportunities. It is a wonderful place to raise a family and a very supportive and giving community. In 2006, my daughter Madison was killed when a drunk driver collided with our family van. The way the community responded to our crisis was astounding and reaffirmed my belief in the goodness of Gillette’s people. It also made me want to work even harder to give back.
My family sponsors an annual Madison's Garden, a memorial to our daughter.

I have been an active member of the Gillette Evening Rotary Club since 2002, a member of the Rotary Board of Directors, and since 2004 have served as Secretary of the Gillette Rotary Board.
Over the years, I have supported various causes in the community such as the Boys & Girls Club and the Salvation Army, as a Christmas bell ringer. I am a proud member of the Gillette First United Methodist Church.
