The theory behind insurance is somewhat strange in that we pay a premium for something we hope to never use. Nonetheless, it is inevitable that most of us will have to file a claim at least once in our lifetime. When that day comes for you, we at Taylor Insurance Agency want to make the process as quick and easy as we possibly can.

When faced with a claim, you (the insured) have several options when it comes to getting the process started.
- One option is to file your claim directly with the National QBE Farmers Union claims center. This method gets your claim moving faster by by-passing the agent.
- Another option is to file your claim through the agency. We will ask you to provide us with some specific information about the claim and then we will file your claim electronically. From there, the claim is assigned to a local adjuster who will assist you through the remainder of the process.
- In the event of a windshield claim, you can either contact the agency or file your claim directly with our glass center. The glass center will ask you what type of glass claim you would like to file. You will be given the following two options.
- Repair - National QBE Farmers Union will fix stars and pits in your windshield free of charge in the hopes of preventing further damage.
- Replacement - If your windshield has to be replaced, National QBE Farmers Union will cover the cost of your new windshield less your deductible.
