About Us
I spent my childhood on a combination livestock and wheat farm in a small rural community just east of Limon. I started in the insurance business because I wanted to help people.

The Hickey Insurance Agency has been in business since 1996 when I took over for the late Elmer Larson. I've kept the office in it's original location - Hickey Insurance is still located one block south of the stoplight and ½ block west on the south side, at 941 2nd street.
Our prompt and professional service puts the customers first. Like the town of Limon, you will always find the friendly staff at Hickey Insurance willing to help. I am assisted by my CSR, Char Copley, who is originally from Deertrail but now calls Limon her home. Char has been in the business for 10 years and is a licensed representative who handles most of the personal insurance in the office.
