When the misfortune of a loss occurs, it's comforting to know that your claim will be handled promptly and fairly, and that you are kept “in the loop.” We make ourselves available to our clients to assist in the processing of the claim by gathering information, advising our client of the claim number, who their adjuster is, and when they should expect the adjustor to contact them. We then will periodically follow up and make sure everything is proceeding as it should.
