Claims

The word claim tends to strike fear into many, but we want to change the image or impression you may have when you hear the word claim. We have 24 hour claim service to report your claim. You will not go through the claim process alone. We have been through a flood, tornadoes, hail storms, fires, and other claims together with our insureds. We will be there with you throughout your claim as well.  We have local claims adjusters who will be assigned to your claim once it has been reported, and they too will do the best they can to put your mind at ease.

 
We will help whereever we can. Just give us a call. We make sure you are comfortable with the claim process from beginning to end.   We recommend you come to the office with any paperwork associated with the claim so we can go over it together. We do not want anyone signing paperwork they don’t understand or are not comfortable signing.
