I believe we have the best claims department around. Clients are pleasantly surprised that our adjustors find damage to their property that our insureds did not know they had when they filed the claim.
Like one customer said "I dreaded to have the adjuster out here to argue with me on damage, but instead found it to be very pleasant as he discovered damage from the hail storm that I didn't know I had. I even invited him in for coffee and cookies, when we were done!"
