QBE Farmers Union Insurance prides itself in working your claims fast and fair.  We keep our customers in mind when filing a claim and settling the claim.   Our adjusters are from the area and appreciate North Dakotans.

The idea of insurance is to have someone there for you when you need them. Our office will handle your claim with the utmost care. One simple call to our office will allow you to turn in your claim and get advice on your next step.


North Dakota Insurance Claims

During the claims process our biggest concern is your safety. Whether it be an auto accident or a house claim, we put you first. Many times our clients do not even realize that they are hurt. We inform them of their rights within the policy, like the PIP coverage or Loss of Use coverage.

PIP, or personal injury protection, is part of your auto policy to provide medical care for you even if the accident is not your fault. We find that many of our clients do not know that they are hurt when they call in. We explain the process of getting medical attention if needed.
 
Our homeowners policies contain a provision to provide you with a place to stay if your home is not able to be lived in due to a covered claim. We will help you set up a place to stay while your home is being repaired.
 
Another way that we help is by informing you of your responsibilities in the claim process. One example is that you are required to minimize the resulting damage. If your home has the windows broken due to hail you are to minimize any further damage. We will advise that you get  plastic or plywood and cover the broken windows. During this process, we ask that you keep track of your hours and report that to us.
 
We also help you decide whether or not you should turn in a claim. Many times the claim is below the deductible, or minimal. Many of our clients have chosen not to turn in a claim because of the deductible or the adverse results of turning in small claims.
 
Whatever the case may be, we will be there for you every step of the way.
