Claims
It is very unfortunate when a loss occurs; but with National Farmers Union, you will take comfort in knowing that your claim will be handled promptly, properly and professionally. Our Claims Office partners with the agencies to provide the best client service by keeping you in the loop about your claim during the entire handling process.
When you have a claim you can report it directly to our office and we will enter it online to our claims adjuster immediately. Once the adjuster receives the claim, a file will be set up and you will be contacted very shortly. We have local offices staffed by claims representatives who know your area.
I can be reached to report a claim during the office hours of 8:30a-4:30p, Monday through Friday. National Farmers Union also has a toll free access for claims reporting available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. The toll free number for claims except auto glass is 866-638-5677 and the toll free number for auto glass claims is 800-760-3088.
