Claims
Here is a list of the standard procedures for how claims are handled in our office in the event of an accident:
- Insureds advise our office of claim/accident. Call us directly at (402) 223-3312
- Retain a copy of the police report.
- We file the claim to the company.
- Insured will the be contacted by the adjuster
- We take photos if necessary & forward to adjuster
- We file State accident report for you
- We follow-up with the company status of claim
