Dave Kary

I've been an agent for  QBE Farmers Union Insurance since 1986! Its been a very rewarding career working with both rural and city clients, handling all lines of insurance. I have won numerous awards including the Mile High Club, the Ring of Honor, and the One Million Dollar club Award!                                       

My wife Jodi and I have two boys Drew  and Beau. We keep quite busy watching the boys take part in sports, music, and various school activities. I also enjoy helping with all of the youth activities.   I've  coached youth baseball, basketball, wrestling ,soccer and more. In addition I have been a mentor for youth with the local Big Brother program in Bismarck /Mandan. I have been a Big Brother 1903 with my match Gunner. Its been very rewarding for all of my family!

I  was born and raised in Mandan ND and my parents George and Helen still reside here!  I enjoy coaching, bird hunting, yard work and spending time with family! QBE Farmers Union Insurance is a family of hard working North Dakota people with diverse interests! We would like to work for you!

Jamie Ressler

Starting on April 1, 2008, I was very excited to join the QBE Farmers Union family and move back to my hometown area of Bismarck/Mandan.  While getting my wife (Amy) and stepdaughter (Mahkena) to show the same enthusiasm moving from Fargo, starting a new job and a new school was a little tougher; they have grown to appreciate the area as I did growing up here.  In addition to all of the fun of moving and taking on new jobs, Amy and I also welcomed Brynlee to our family in January of 2009.  Having my own family and seeing how important it is to me that they are protected to the best of my ability, is what really drives me to do my best in the insurance industry.  Knowing that I offer products that protect a family's home, possessions and bank account is a great responsibility, which makes me feel proud of the service I provide to my clients. 

When I'm not at work, my family and I enjoy golfing, bowling, spending time at the lake, and playing ping pong.  Amy and I are excited to be raising our family in such a great community and hope to make as great of an impact upon it, as it has upon us.

I became an agent for QBE Farmers Union Insurance in 2008. It has been enjoyable and rewarding meeting new people and helping to give them peace of mind by taking care of their insurance needs. This is truly one of the factors that helped me make the decision to become an insurance agent.

Bismarck/Mandan has been my home since 1983, and prior to becoming an insurance agent, I was the sales manager for Pepsi of  Bismarck/Mandan. 

My wife Jody and I have two sons, Colton and Garrett. They keep us busy with their hockey, baseball and golf activities. I have been coaching for the Mandan Hockey Club and Baseball Club for the last several years as well. My family and I are proud to call Bis/Man home and appreciate the good clean living that we have in this area. We have been very blessed with the friendships we've made here. Lori Furaus

Lori is our Customer Service Representative and fills out our staff.  New to the staff as of February 2010, Lori has been providing customer service to the Mandan community for the past 5 years, working at Cappucino on Collins.  She is excited to join the QBE Farmers Union Insurance staff and looks forward to working with our great customers.
