The QBE Farmers Union Insurance "A" Rating with AM Best is due in great part to excellent claim service! Kari and I go out of our way to make your claim experience go as smoothly as possible. We will make as many calls as it takes to help our client as well as the claimant involved. We consider the other party to be a future customer. Our local claims representatives are prompt, fair and courteous. We'll help you through the entire process. Part of our service is filling out the state accident reports for you. We have you write your brief explanation of what happened, draw a simple picture and sign your name. We fill out the rest of the form and mail it in to be sure it's completed in a timely matter. Claims are stressful, let us make it easier for you! 

Nebraska Insurance

An unfortunate client in our agency had a fire at their business a week before the Christmas holiday. They were obviously very distraught! As soon as I got the call I was on the road heading their way. The entire highway was blocked to through traffic, but the police and other officials allowed me, their concerned insurance agent, go to the scene. I knew there wouldn't be much I could do other than offer sympathy and support. It was cold and bitter outside as they watched the building smolder. I offered to go get them coffee. We waited until it was safe to go inside and see the damage. It was devastating! All their inventory was ruined, and the ceiling was hanging by a thread. It was anyone's worst nightmare!
 
Months later they are back in business and 100% happy with the service my agency and our company provided. Extras such as: the claims superintendent flying in to visit with them, my showing up to help throw burned inventory in a dumpster (and bringing a meat and cheese tray along), not to mention countless phone calls from our office and claims to help finalize it all and get them back in business.
