QBE Farmers Union has local adjusters that are readily available, and can often get in contact with the insured the same day the claim is made. Agents are able to take a written statement about a property claim right in the office and contact the required parties from there.
QBE Farmers Union has a toll free number for auto claims that is available 24/7 - 1-866-NFU-LOSS. This gets the process started immediately to get your claim taken care of.
All other claims can be handled directly through our office. We will personally get the claim processed and the adjuster notified.

Is a flood covered under my homeowners insurance?
No, flood insurance has to be purchased separately through another company, which we offer. Sump pump back-up and overflow can be purchased through your homeowners, and covers water backed up into ones home.
Are my shingles covered?
Shingles are covered at replacement cost for fifteen years; after that time they will be replaced at actual cash value (replacement cost–depreciation=ACV).
