About Us
I have been an insurance agent since 2001. My father was a general adjuster. I married an adjuster who was QBE Farmers Union’s staff adjuster. I also worked for GAB’s Catastrophe team in the summers and during college.
I specialize in property and casualty.

We are a family run agency with a staff of five: Roger, Miriam, Candice, Rachael and Angie. We adopted Rachael into the family when she came to work for us in 2001.
Roger Pletan has an extensive claims background. He was state manager in Wyoming for GAB Business Services for 20 years. He worked in the QBE Farmers Union Insurance Company claims department prior to become an agent for them. Roger's hobby is his Corvette.
Miriam Pletan has a banking and mortgage background. She grew up in an insurance family and worked a few summers in college for GAB Business Services on their catastrophe team. Miriam has a hootin' time with her two grandsons, affectionately called Sugar Bear and Gummy Bear.
Candice Stevens has a full-time job being a Mom to two wonderful boys, in addition to her job here at the agency. Her hobby is photography. She has done so well with her photography that she is moving into the professional arena.
Outside of work, Rachael Trank is music manager for husband Wayne and his band, Epitome. She has taken professional production classes and has been promoting the band and keeping them very busy playing various venues.
Angie is our official furry Goodwill Ambassador. She does her job very well greeting everyone who comes into the office, when she isn't taking a nap.
