About Us
I have been an insurance agent since 1979. I have been serving the Canon City area since 1983.
How I got started in insurance:
A Construction company that I had worked for had their insurance through a company in Colorado Springs. They had opened a new office in Canon City. Their whole office walked out all at once. I wasn’t working at the time they called me and asked me to baby sit the office. I worked there for 2 years and then went to work for QBE Farmers Union.
I specialize in farm and ranch insurance, equine insurance and commercial.
I am available on my cell phone 24/7.
Our agency consists of Jean Rahn and Eva Jean Smith. Eva Jean comes from a ranch and rodeo family. She used to work for the Women’s Pro Rodeo Association in Colorado Springs.
My office is located at 115 S. 7th Street in Canon City, CO. It’s on the northwest corner of Royal Gorge and 7th Street.
When I need a break from the insurance world, I love to ride and race horses. My husband and I have been raising horses since 1995.
