Claims
I started out in the insurance business as an all lines adjuster. This means that I have years of experience working all types of insurance claims. I have worked everything from auto fender benders to train derailments; I have adjusted minor water claims to total loss house fires. What this means to you, is that whatever type of loss you may have, I will be able to help you get your claim turned in properly and assist you through the claims process if you should need my help.
Most companies now have 1- 800 Claims Reporting Numbers that they want you to call direct so that they can get all of the information that they need to start taking care of your claim as soon as possible.
However, if you have a serious claim on a Friday night and need to talk to me, please call me at home right away (672-0487) -- do not wait until Monday morning to call. Some claims can wait but, if you have a water leak filling up your basement, call me right away so that I can let you know what you need to do right away and who to call first.
