The Pampusch Agency's presence within the community reaches much farther than just insurance. We are known for our modest demeanor and we take pride in our knowledge of all our products. We look at ourselves as insurance consultants rather than the typical salesman.

In 1978, Bob moved his family from St. Paul to the small rural area of Elk River. In the 30 years since, the community has become one the fastest growing suburban areas in the state. Bob has matched the growth of his business with community becoming one of the most profitable agents with QBE Farmers Union Insurance; earning him multiple awards for personal and commercial lines business, culminating in 1999 with the QBE Farmers Union Insurance Producer of the Year.
In 2006, Rob, Bob's son joined his office as a start-up agent. Rob earned a bachelors degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame and is transferring those skills into his own successful insurance agency.
