Your claim handling begins with an investigation of the facts. Our claims representative will contact you within 24 hours of the receipt of your claim. The claims representative gathers the facts of the loss from those involved and reviews your policy to confirm applicable coverage and corresponding limits.
The next phase of the claims process involves a determination of damage. We employ over 80 claims professionals who are able to assist in determining the amount of your repairs or the value of your totaled vehicle. Our field representatives prepare and provide you with a copy of their auto repair estimate and our property claims representatives are able to provide you with a copy of their building repair estimates.
The final phase includes working with you, our client, to finalize all the paperwork.
