We renew our farm policies annually with the client to review changes to their operation. We go over the blanket (list of equipment, livestock and grain) and review other changes to the operation that may impact the coverage. We need to know for instance if a producer picks up a new piece of ground so we can add liability. Active farmers almost always make significant changes at each renewal. We don't just send out the bill, we make sure your coverages are up to date.

We hold annual meetings to review crop insurance coverages with our clients. We also meet individually with each client annually to make sure that the coverage is correct.
