QBE Farmers Union Insurance has been providing quality insurance products in this area for several decades.  We feel that a primary reason for the growth of our agency in recent years is our reputation for quality client service, which has led to very positive word of mouth advertising.  Our goal has always been to establish a relationship with our clients that allows us to truly fit our insurance products to their needs. 

We are available to our clients not only during regular office hours, but also during evenings and weekends.  When problems arise, our clients know they can count on us to be there for them.

Minnesota Insurance

Steve began working with QBE Farmers Union Insurance in 1997.  Since that time, our agency has seen significant growth and a couple of location changes.  The agency moved into the Citizens State Bank building (three blocks south of the stop light on main street) in 1998.  Until the flood in 2002, our office was located on the second floor of the building.  Because of the flood, the main floor of the building was gutted and totally remodeled.  Once the remodeling was complete, we then moved into our expanded office space on the main floor.  This has made us more accessible to our clients.  No more stairs or elevator rides to find us!

Before becoming an insurance agent in 1994, Steve lived and worked nearly his whole life on the family farm - a dairy and small grain operation.  A life around agriculture and owning a "small business" provided a good background for working with people and understanding their needs.  Steve and his wife live near Roseau and have five children and one grandchild. 

Connie Creviston joined the agency in 1999 and has received her CISR designation.  Connie, her husband, and sons live near Badger.  She has excellent people skills and as a mother of three boys, Connie knows a thing or two about keeping things organized.
