About Us
Born and raised in Washington State, Susan moved to Western Colorado in 1998 to live near her family. In 2002, Susan followed in her mother's footsteps and entered the insurance industry. In 2003, Susan joined the QBE Farmers Union Insurance family and opened the Nichols Insurance Agency. With 25 years customer service experience, and 17 years in sales, providing superior customer service is her number one priority.

Susan loves being involved in the community, including being an active member of the Rifle Area Chamber of Commerce, volunteering as the Rifle Lions Club President, and with various outdoor recreational groups.
Susan loves living in the Grand Valley! When she's not following her first passion of serving her insurance clients, she keeps busy camping, riding her Yamaha ATV, cooking, and spending time with family.
