About Us
I started as a CSR for Brand X many years ago and then realized that being an agent would allow me to further my ability to help people. The Stafford Agency is built around personally serving our customers everyday. My husband Mike and I along with our CSR Cheryl Steinhoff, take pride in answering the phone when you call and providing you a smile when you come to visit.
I have been a FUI agent since 1990. Mike came on board full time in 1996.
We moved from the Oklahoma panhandle to the Wray area in 1987 because Mike had the opportunity to be a Commodity Broker. We have come to love the people and the way of life in rural Colorado. We make our home here because we like the community and the people who live and work here. We will work hard to get you the coverage you need. We then present you with the information and options so you can make the right choices to secure your families future.

We are local agents, in downtown Wray...easy access for our clients, we take calls at night at home and when necessary, we can dash a few blocks back to our office to bind coverage or take payments....we still believe in Old Fashioned Service. (We have been known to be in our office at midnight for farmers getting crop insurance quotes and placing coverage for them, many times they are just too busy to call us during regular business hours).
