Claims
We consider our claims service to be "top notch." In the event of a claim, you can call your agent directly and we will initiate the claim within minutes. At the agency level, we help as much as possible when you are not at fault and need help getting the other insurance company to take care of you.
We will handle claims for you as we know how important it is to help our clients when they need us.
Although there are 800 numbers to call, we prefer to be involved in the process.
