What to do if you have a claim
When a claim is filed at the office, we first follow up with the client to collect the correct information to place the claim. It is important to confirm all details with the client so we accurately represent the claim to the adjuster. This insures the claim will be settled satisfactorily for all the parties involved in the loss. We then file the claim with the company via the Internet claim service and follow up with the client on the claim status.
