Claims

Claims are a top priority for this agency and the clients we insure.  The insured purchases an insurance policy to protect their family and property and in the time of trouble their lives need to be corrected and repaired as effectively and efficiently as possible.  I report the claim as soon as I'm notified by my client.  I follow up with documentation in the client's file to record the claim and its status.  I will work with the adjuster to insure the client is notified and a time is set up for their loss to be adjusted.

If the adjuster needs photos for his work, I will travel to the client's residence to take the pictures and forward them to the adjuster so the claim may be processed as soon as possible.  The client is kept in the loop on the claim between the adjuster and the company and I facilitate the client's questions for the adjuster when necessary.  All questions are answered no matter what they are or who they are from. People involved in a loss deserve the help to understand their claim and the process to resolve the situation.
